Every year, TWN administers a survey to member organizations covering three key aspects: organization profile, property portfolio management and role in creating policies and standards.
The compiled feedback and responses provide members with contextual information to support the understanding and learning of these aspects. It also offers an opportunity for organizations to benchmark themselves against other similar organizations within the word's real property landscape.

In 2019, TWN and the Public Real Estate Network for Europe (PuRE-Net) jointly administered a single survey to member organizations within both networks, a first of its kind.
